Bachelor of Multimedia Arts Student Organization

The Media Arts Society (MAS) is the official student organization of the Bachelor of Multimedia Arts program under the TMTCS. It serves as a creative community where students explore, collaborate, and innovate across multiple forms of digital and media arts.

The organization provides a platform for aspiring multimedia artists to develop their skills beyond the classroom through hands-on projects, creative events, and industry-oriented activities. Media Arts Society fosters artistic expression while preparing students for professional practice in the evolving creative industries.

Buwan ng Wika Digital Poster-Making Contest

The BMMA students have gathered to join the Buwan ng Wika Digital Poster Making contest. There were a total of ten winners, with the top three being awarded with certifications, medals, and tokens.

OJT Connect Career Workshop with Founder Mr. Rommel Romero

The members had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Rommel Romero, founder of OJT connect. The enlightening talk he gave to the students has shown insight and benefits on finding the perfect internship opportunities as well as preventing possible job conflicts in the future.

Halloween Event 2025

The first ever event established by MASoc officers outside of school events. Members and associations gathered and communicated with one another; sharing a sense of community and unity. Students have showcased their creative costumes, played games, and have interacted with other institutions through candies and costumes.

DesigNative Event: Pronouncing MMAAP-CL as Pioneer Contributors of Likha, Sining at Laro in Promoting Filipino Culture

On November 13, 2024, MaSoc officers were invited to the Multimedia Arts Association in the Philippines – Central Luzon Chapter (MMAAP-CL) hosted the event “DesigNative: Pronouncing MMAAP-CL as Pioneer Contributors of Likha, Sining at Laro in Promoting Filipino Culture.” It was held at Gordon College, Olongapo City. The gathering consisted of students showcasing their artwork, achievements, animation, and tackled the emphasis of Multimedia Arts and our cultural heritage.

The event also consists of MASoc members joining various activities and has excelled in the “Coffee Drawing Parade: On-The-Spot Digital Character Contest” which was won with our 4 other members.

BMMA Educational Tour

The MASoc organization went on an educational tour around Zambales on November 15, 2024. This tour consists of exploring Zambales’ culture, history, and heritage. The places that the members have visited are: Balin Pamana, Botolan, NHCP Museo ni Ramon Magsaysay, Castillejos, and Dela Llana Farm, Castillejos. The trip was not only an educational tour for the members, but also a deep appreciation of our culture, heritage, art, and history of the Philippines.

National Arts Month: BMMA Art Exhibit and Workshop

Last February 26 to 28, 2025, was the Media Arts Society official first ever big activity at The Manila Times College of Subic school grounds. The event consisted of everyone planning, collaborating, and organizing together as a team to create a good event foundation for all students to enjoy. 

The students publicly showcased artworks for the public to enjoy, and various activities were held such as chalk art making, t-shirt designing, on-the-spot commissions, tarot card reading, face painting, and merchandise selling in a sari-sari store themed station to convey the Filipino culture and spirit around the institute. 

The MaSoc and BMMA students’ intention was to show different institutions of their dynamic blend of innovation, design, and expression to reflect Multimedia Arts’ vibrant and creative community. Additionally, the workshop also consists of interactive and comprehensive working in Blender and Figma for students to learn and innovate more ideas. The interactive workshop was conducted by instructors from Gordon College of Computer Studies (GC-CCS).

CineMMA Likha Film Festival 202

The second biggest event of the MaSoc organization was established. Student Filmmakers in all Olongapo City were invited for a Film Festival, showcasing their storytelling and filming skills on March 14, 2025. MaSoc members have been designed to their designated roles and contributed to helping the event such as stage design, hosting, boost of social media account, and certificate making. This event is also a catalyst for all students and filmmakers to establish connections and a community for those who have the same passion in storytelling through filmmaking.
