About the Bachelor of Multimedia Arts Program
The TMTCS Bachelor of Multimedia Arts (BMMA) program is established in 2022 in alignment with the outcomes-based education framework prescribed by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED). This program responds to the evolving demands of the creative and digital industries by cultivating core competencies in conceptual, technical, aesthetic, and professional domains. It emphasizes the interdisciplinary nature of multimedia arts, integrating design, technology, communication, and the visual arts to empower students to become effective storytellers and communicators in both local and global contexts.
The program offers three major fields of specialization — Animation, Graphic Design, and Film and Video Production — to allow students to develop focused expertise aligned with their interests and industry needs. These majors equip students with the tools and knowledge to create compelling visual narratives, innovative designs, and engaging multimedia experiences across various platforms.
Recognizing the convergence of digital media technologies and the cultural dynamics of globalization, the program seeks to develop graduates who are competent, creative, ethical, and socially responsible. These professionals are envisioned to articulate Philippine identities within global narratives and to contribute meaningfully to the creative economy through innovative multimedia projects.
Vision
TMTCS BMMA envisions providing quality education that fosters a global community of socially committed citizens and multimedia professionals who uphold integrity, embrace diversity, and leverage technology in service to the public.
Mission
TMTCS BMMA aims to produce multi-cultured, well-trained, dynamic, and globally competitive graduates.
