Admission Requirements
Applicants to the Doctor of Medicine Program must meet the following requirements:
- Official Transcript of Records
- Certified True Copy of National Medical Admission Test (NMAT) score of at least 40%
- Medical Certificate
- PSA Birth Certificate
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Copy of Diploma or Certificate of Graduation (Bachelor’s Degree)
- (2) 2×2 Picture (White Background)
- (2) 1×1 Picture (White Background)
